About
I am a yoga instructor, writer, coach, artist, poet and nature lover.  I have been on my own path of self love and discovery which has taken years of practice and reflection. Yoga has been so much a part of that journey for me which is why I love sharing yoga with others.
The word yoga means union and that is what yoga  provides for me.  Be Yoga Be Love is not only my business, it is my philosophy and lifestyle…where I unite all parts of myself- my teaching, yoga, writing, spirituality, art and creativity.
I am a WHOLE person, living my destiny~guided by LOVE.
My purpose is to inspire all people to love, express and BE who they are in the world.
I am here to cause a LOVE-OLUTION… it begins with self love and from there, anything is possible…
May this site inspire you to love yourself and pursue your own path.

My Story:
When I took my first yoga class over 15 years ago, something shifted deep inside of me.  It was as if my body, mind, emotions, soul…all parts of me, were connected.  I became present and aware of myself in a way I had never experienced before. Each time I get on my mat, I am opening my heart to myself.
This kind of connection to myself is what made me want to teach yoga to children.  I knew that if children had that sense of connection within themselves, their lives would be more self-directed, that they would learn to trust and follow their inner voice.
I received my children’s yoga teacher certification from Karma Kids Yoga in NYC in 2007 and I completed my 200 hour yoga certification at Three Sisters Yoga in NYC in 2012.  During my training, I deepened my yoga practice and learned how to integrate all aspects of my spiritual practice, from poses to breathing to meditation.
I have been teaching yoga to children since 2001 and am committed to bringing the joy and benefits that yoga provides to children and grownups everywhere. Having taught yoga to hundreds of children, I have witnessed the benefits that yoga provides in their lives. I see how they blossom as they become aware of their gifts and find their own unique expression.
