Gratitude

Today is Thanksgiving and I have sooooooo much to be grateful for.

Yesterday I went to GSY for Power Hour Yoga.  Adrienne Felder, who teaches the Hot Yoga Bootcamp classes, was subbing for Kristin and I was excited to finally take a class with her.  Adrienne has a background in personal training and brought a high level of energy and intensity to the class.    When she spoke about gratitude, it made me realize that the more we appreciate what we have, the more space we make in our lives for even more of what we want.

Here is my Top 10 list of what I’m grateful for in my life:

1.  Yoga and Meditation- it has allowed me to love and accept myself fully.

2. Writing- it is the voice of my soul…I am learning to listen to and share that voice with others.

3.  Teaching-I am blessed to be able to do what I love for a living,  inspiring others to discover and believe in themselves.

4. My family-the love and support we provide each other has helped us grow even closer.

8. My spiritual community who have welcomed me with open arms and taught me the true meaning of community & family.

9. Art- it inspires me to create, play with words, make something beautiful for all to see and feel.
